As you may know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2003 – this not only affected me but my entire family. It was one of the most difficult and challenging times of our lives. With the help of the wonderful team of doctors, nurses, oncologists and carers I was able to fight this dreadful disease. Without their skill, dedication, encouragement, professionalism, sense of humour, love and support, I could not have come through my cancer journey. Over 20,00 fans turned up which was really good, £15 a pop for the tickets so they must of made alot of money for a good cause.

The winner ended up being KENNY DALGLISH with 66% of the vote, thanks to all the LFC fans Well done guys. The Marina Dalglish appeal will greatly benefit from this.
